I am a senior marketing student at Northwest Missouri State University. I will be taking classes two days a week and doing an internship two days a week as well. My internship is set to start on February 1st, 2010 at the Kansas City Ballet.
I have a few concerns though, I will be traveling back and forth between Maryville, MO and Kansas City, MO two days a week which is an hour and a half one way, which will total three hours driving time per day including mornings starting at 6:30 and arrival at 9:30 and then getting home at 6 PM. I feel as though the internship's benefits will outweigh these costs.
